Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Gift Shopora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Personalized, custom-made, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product. Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
